Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds chicken tenderloins

  • 3/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, 1/4 cup of the cheese, garlic, and salt. Add the chicken and stir to coat. Put the chicken on a large baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
