Ground Beef Taco Casserole is great dish to vary your meal more diverse with a lot of cheese, full of flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef

  • 16 oz cottage cheese

  • 3 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 cup chunky salsa

  • 1 3/4 cup shredded Mexican style cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • On the stove top over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Drain the grease.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients together: the cottage cheese, salsa, taco seasoning and 1 cup of the shredded cheese
  • Add in the cooked ground beef.
  • Spray an baking pan and add the keto taco casserole mixture to the dish.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining 3/4 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted.
