These Mason Jar Cheesecakes are such a quick and easy dessert that you will fall in love. They are the perfect choice for ending to your upcoming party with the most wonderful and impressive moments.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 7 tbsp. melted butter

  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp. sour cream

  • 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar

  • 12 graham crackers, finely crushed

  • Pinch kosher salt

  • Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325° and spray 12 mason jar lids with cooking spray.
  • Make the crust: Stir together graham crackers, butter, brown sugar and salt. Press into lids and bake for 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Blend until combined.
  • Divide cheesecake mixture amongst the crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool for 1 hour, then top with strawberries and serve.
