Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon salt-free Cajun seasoning blend

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 425F, arrange a rack in the middle of the oven
  • In a small bowl, add the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Stir until completely combined.
  • Use paper towels to pat the chicken dry. Place the chicken in a baking dish, spaced slightly apart. Brush the chicken all over with the spiced-butter mixture.
  • Bake until the chicken is golden-brown, cooked through, for 25 – 35 minutes

Notes

  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
