1 tablespoon olive oil
20 refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini classic cheese mini tortellini or regular-sized tortellini (1 package)
1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped
1 package mozzarella cheese (8 oz.), shredded
1 jar pasta sauce (24 oz. )
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Add the olive oil to a baking dish, spread to coat well.
- Toss the tortellini with the pasta sauce. Stir to mix well.
- Cook the tortellini in hot boiling water until they float to the top, about 1 – 2 minutes. Drain.
- Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese, follow by the chopped parsley.
- Bake uncovered for 20 – 25 minutes or until the cheeses melted and the top and edges turn golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
