2 large eggs
1 14 ounce package cheese ravioli
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
marinara sauce, for serving
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Set aside.
- In a small bowl add eggs and whisk. In another small bowl combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Continue with each ravioli and line on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until ravioli is lightly browned and crispy. Serve with marinara.
