Crispy Baked Parmesan Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 14 ounce package cheese ravioli

  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • marinara sauce, for serving

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl add eggs and whisk. In another small bowl combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Continue with each ravioli and line on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until ravioli is lightly browned and crispy. Serve with marinara.
