Ingredients
3 c. heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. blue Jell-O
1 tbsp. lime Jell-O
1 tbsp. orange Jell-O
1 tbsp. raspberry Jell-O
Directions
- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat heavy cream until medium peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk until totally combined, then divide mixture among four bowls.
- Add a different Jell-o flavor to each bowl and stir until combined. Layer large dollops of the colors in a 9″-x-5″ loaf pan until you run out of the mixture.
- Run a knife through the mixture to gently swirl the colors 3 or 4 times and then smooth top.
- Freeze until firm, 5 hours. Remove from freezer and let soften, for about 5 – 10 minutes, then scoop and serve.
