Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 4-1/2 tsp olive oil

  • 1-1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss all ingredients. Spread out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
