4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon salt-free Cajun seasoning blend
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 425F, arrange a rack in the middle of the oven
- In a small bowl, add the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Stir until completely combined.
- Use paper towels to pat the chicken dry. Place the chicken in a baking dish, spaced slightly apart. Brush the chicken all over with the spiced-butter mixture.
- Bake until the chicken is golden-brown, cooked through, for 25 – 35 minutes

- Storage: Leftovers can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
