Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 3 dashes ground black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Season the scallops with ground black pepper.
  • Make the Honey Sriracha Sauce by mixing the honey, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar and salt together. Stir to combine well.
  • Add the olive oil to a skillet, cast iron preferred, on medium heat. Add the garlic, follow by the scallops.
